Lynn has degrees in urban and regional planning from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Queen’s University. She has worked with underserved and unserved communities in Africa, Asia, China, Latin America, the US and Canada. Spanning more than 25 years, she has worked with abandoned street kids in Costa Rica, urban farmers fearing displacement in Africa, low-income housing shortages in Belize, and police-minority relationships in San Francisco. Digital inclusion has been an ongoing thread throughout her work with the International Development Research Center in Canada, the Small Business Administration in the US, and coaching start-ups in education, hospitality and fintech. Lynn is also the co-founder of the Finger Lakes Regional Watershed Alliance, a 10,000-member non-profit dedicated to environmental health. Lynn lives in Naples NY with her husband. Their two daughters live in London, England and Vancouver, British Columbia.
