Jessica Hibbard works for Genesee Community College as the Associate Dean for the Library and Academic Support.  Her 20 year career in higher education has fostered a passion for helping others to achieve their goals and follow their purpose and passion.  Jessica believes there should be broadband access in all rural areas and is also interested in advancing digital literacy across the region.  Jessica resides in Wyoming County with her husband and three children.
