Frank Sykes is the Director of the Geneva Public Library. He holds a BA in History from SUNY Brockport and an MLS from the University at Buffalo.

He enjoys spending time with family, skateboarding, hiking, fishing, traveling, eating new foods, reading, and binging TV/movies. He's a former chef that still loves to cook at home. He is married, has two amazing daughters, and lives in Livonia, NY.

Frank is clear about the way digital inclusion can improve our communities. Technology has not only made the world smaller, but has increasingly become an integral facet of our daily routines. From connecting with family and keeping in touch with friends to paying bills and applying for a job, the necessity to reach technology equity has never been stronger. Each of us can play a part in getting our communities closer to achieving this goal.
